The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the sales department. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, overseeing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. 1.     Increase Sales Volume:

·        Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

·        Implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

2.     Enhance Customer Satisfaction:

·        Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

·        Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships and promote repeat business.

3.     Optimize Team Performance:

·        Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and skilled sales team.

·        Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

4.     Deal Management:

·        Initiate and complete any deal from the beginning of the process to delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the customer.

5.     Paperwork Management:

·        Learn and manage all necessary paperwork for both outside finance and in-house deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

6.     Manage Inventory Effectively:

·        Communicate effectively with management team of vehicle inventory to meet customer demand.

·        Ensure inventory is well-organized and displayed to maximize sales potential.

7.     Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

·        Collaborate with the Operations team to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

·        Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.

8.     Produce Accurate Reporting and Analysis:

·        Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.

·        Identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

9.     Promote Community Engagement:

·        Actively participate in community events and initiatives to build and maintain a positive brand reputation.

·        Foster strong relationships within the local community to support business growth and customer loyalty.


·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

·        Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a BHPH environment.

·        Strong understanding of technical sales processes and solutions

·        Strong leadership and team-building skills.

·        Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
