Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with customers.
· Help customers understand how our program can help them.
· Review customer budgets and credit information.
· Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their situation.
· Explain contracts and obtain necessary signatures.
· Maintain contact with customers to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
· Contact a minimum of 50-100 consumers per day, to include phone, email, and text.
· Follow appropriate scripts and thoroughly document contact or contact attempts.
· Schedule appointments with consumers and complete reminders for appointments when necessary.
· Understand all sales documents and clearly present them according to company policy and in line with state and federal regulations.
· Facilitate the full sales process.
· Assist with other tasks and projects as requested to contribute to the success of the Sales Department and company.
· Complete paperwork for vehicle sales and obtain signatures and appropriate supporting documentation. Complete a delivered Sale.
· Efficiently, effectively, and accurately communicate with customers utilizing all resources of communication tools provided. Professional representation of the company will be held to high standards at all times.
